Shipping policy

Your specially ordered gown will be shipped via UPS. Free ground US shipping should take approximately 16-20 business days if shipped within the continental US. Your package will require a signature in order to obtain your box, this is for everyone’s security. Please have someone available to sign for your package. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or any carrier issues.
