STORE POLICY
When you place an order with Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC, you can be confident that you will receive a fresh new dress in the style/size/color that you request. Due to the nature of our business and like many formalwear retailers all of our gowns are specially ordered for you; therefore, all sales are final there will be no refunds, exchanges, store credit or cancelations on any orders.
All dresses and accessories are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you are receiving a pristine product. We take pride in providing all of our customers with a brand new, unworn, un-tried on, fresh dresses and accessories.
Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package. Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC is not responsible for damages to your items caused by you the customer or purchaser, the carrier service or whomever may come in contact with your items.
Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. It will be the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier for further information regarding your package. There will be no refunds given.
Please look at the size chart for the dress you’re interested in, in order to determine the closest and best size for you. It is strongly recommended before placing your order to measure your bust, waist & hips then match your measurements as close as possible to the sizing chart provided. Sizes are not based on your everyday clothing size. Sizes do run small.
It is your responsibility to order the correct size, color and style. Please note all dresses come one standard length. Dress colors may vary due to dye lots varying by manufacturer, lighting, varying fabrics and computer/mobile screen resolution. For groups it is recommended to order your gowns at the same time in order to receive the same dye lot.
Once you have purchased you will receive an email confirming your order. Should your dress not be available due to the dress being out of stock your payment will be refunded in full.
All products are subject to availability; your specially ordered dress will be shipped via UPS ground and should arrive within 10-15 business days if shipped within the continental US and will require a signature confirmation, this is for everyone’s security. Please have someone available to sign for your package. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Express US shipping is available for $65 and will arrive within 5-9 business days. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or any carrier issues.
We proudly ship international! For a list of the countries we ship to click here. All international shipments are subject to custom fees, duties & taxes. Customs, duties, fees and import charges are not included in your shipping or dress cost. All applicable custom fees, duties, taxes & charges are the sole responsibility of the customer/ purchaser. If your country requires an ID number please be sure to include it in the company field on the checkout page.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We will not be responsible for you ordering the incorrect size, style, color or duplicates.
Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC will not be responsible if you provide us with an incorrect shipping address and/or recipient name and a return to sender, refund, store credit, exchange or cancellation will not be issued. Free US shipping only applies for the initial US shipment. If the shipment is returned any re-shipments fees of that purchase will be at the cost of the customer by way of UPS C.O.D. or by purchasing the re-shipping option on our website. If the customer does not agree to C.O.D or re-shipment fees for the return shipment or does not except the package or refuse to pick up the package from a UPS access point or store, the product will be retained by Tatiana's Bridal Boutique LLC and the customer shall forfeit the total cost of the order.
Dresses will fit each person differently depending on his/her particular figure/shape; Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC is not responsible for how the dress fits each individual. After measuring yourself, if you happen to fall between two sizes or you are unsure of your size, it is better to order the larger size. Remember with alterations it is better to "take in" a dress than to "let out" a dress. Alterations may be necessary to attain the best fit. It is always best to have a professional seamstress alter your dress, where needed. Tatiana's Bridal Boutique LLC does not provide alterations. Alterations are not included with the cost of the dress.
All of our gowns include a complimentary jewelry gift. To prevent tarnishing please keep your gift in its original packaging until the day of your special event. Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions or any damaged or tarnished jewelry. Inspections are conducted on all gifts before they are shipped out with each dress.
All decisions are made in concurrence with this store policy, however decisions may be changed based on the sole discretion of the owner.
Rest assured that we respect and protect your privacy. All cash, credit cards, Pay Pal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay transactions are secure.
By you purchasing with Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC acknowledges that you (the customer or purchaser) agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this store policy, you agree and acknowledge refunds or exchanges will not be permitted.
