STORE POLICY

When you place an order with Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC, you can be confident that you will receive a fresh new dress in the style/size/color that you request. Due to the nature of our business and like many formalwear retailers all of our gowns are specially ordered for you; therefore all sales are final there will be no refunds, exchanges, store credit or cancelations on any orders.

All dresses, petticoats and accessories are throughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you are receiving a pristine product.

Please look at the manufacturer’s size chart for the dress your interested in, in order to determine the closest and best size for you. It is highly recommended before placing your order to match your bust, waist & hips measurements up with the sizing chart provided. Each dress on our website has a size chart pictured. 

It is your responsibility to order the correct size, color and style. Please note that all dresses and petticoats come one standard length. Dress colors may vary slightly due to dye lots varying by manufacturer and computer/mobile screen resolution. 

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique confirming your order. Should your dress not be available due to your dress being OUT OF STOCK your payment will be refunded in full.

All products are subject to availability, your dress should arrive within 15 business days if your item/items are being shipped within the Continental USA. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather conditions or shipping delays with the carrier. 

All of our gowns include a free necklace and earrings set; to prevent tarnishing please keep your set in its original packaging until the day of your special event. Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC is not responsible for any damaged or tarnished jewelry, inspections are conducted on all necklace and earrings sets before they are shipped to our customers. 

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We will not be responsible for you ordering the incorrect size, style, color or duplicates.

Dresses will fit each person differently depending on his/her particular figure/shape; Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC is not responsible for how the dress fits each individual. If you happen to fall between two sizes or you are unsure of your size, it is better to order the larger size. Remember with alterations it is better to "take in" a dress than to "let out" a dress. Alterations may be necessary to attain the best fit, it is always best to have a professional seamstress alter your dress, where needed. Tatiana's Bridal Boutique LLC does not provide alterations, alterations are not included with the cost of the dress.

All orders (excluding Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and Non-Continental US) are shipped for FREE via UPS GROUND or DHL shipping will REQUIRE a signature in order to obtain the package, this is for everyone’s security. Once your order has shipped we will email you the tracking number for your package. It is your responsibility to make sure someone will be available to receive your package. Again, the package will require a signature in order to be obtained. Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. It will be the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier for further information regarding your package. Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC will not be responsible if you provide us with an incorrect shipping address and/or recipient name and a refund, store credit, exchange or cancellation will not be issued. 

Free shipping only applies for the initial US shipment. If the shipment is returned any re-shipments of that purchase will be at the cost of the customer by way of UPS C.O.D.

All dresses, petticoats and accessories are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you are receiving a pristine product. Once your gown has shipped Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC is not responsible for damages to your items caused by (you) the customer, the carrier service or whom ever may come in contact with your items. 

We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands for a small ground shipping cost of $45. We also ship to Canada for a shipping cost of $59. These shipments may be subject to TAXES, DUTY FEES and CUSTOMS FEES which will be paid for by you, the customer; not Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC. The customer or recipient of the order is responsible for paying all taxes or duties associated with the order. Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC will not be held responsible for shipments that are not received due to unpaid foreign duties or taxes. We are unable to predict the total cost of these fees, as they are determined by your government and the carrier. Customs and the carrier will email/call you with the total cost of TAXES, DUTY FEES & CUSTOM FEES once your item/items have shipped, please be on the look out for that email or phone call in which you will be given instructions on how to pay online.

We do not currently accept international orders, we only except orders from the countries listed above.

If you refuse delivery or if your gown needs to be reshipped due to the unavailability of someone being available to sign for your package or you missed the deadline to obtain your gown/items from the carriers depot location, we will reship your items to you C.O.D. All shipping charges/fees incurred will be your responsibility. 

Please be assured that we respect and protect your privacy.  All cash, credit cards, Pay Pal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay transactions are secure.

By you purchasing with Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC acknowledges that you (the customer) agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this store policy.
