SALES POLICY

All online orders are Final Sale. All dresses are inspected by our quality control team prior to being shipped. When you place an order online with Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique, you can be confident that you will receive a new, fresh dress in the size/color that you request. 

Please look at the Manufacturer’s size chart for the dress you are interested in to determine the size you would like to order. Each dress on our website has a size chart on the dress page; with the exception of clearance. For clearance dresses please see the Bust/ waist/ hips measurements in the description.  If you have questions regarding what size to order please do not hesitate to contact us by email at 
tatianasbridalboutique@gmail.com. A Customer Service Stylist will be happy to review your measurements with you to help determine what size you should order. 

It is your responsibility to order the correct size, color and style. Please note that all dresses come one standard length. Dress colors may vary slightly due to dye lots varying by manufacturer and computer/mobile screen resolution. 

Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Once your order has been processed you will receive another email from Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique confirming your order. Should your dress not be available due to your dress being out of stock your payment will be refunded in full.

All products are subject to availability but most are available to ship from us within 15 business days.  Items described as “Sold as is” are store samples these items may or may not be in perfect condition hence the significant discount in price. These dresses are sold as is and Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique is not responsible for the condition of the dress.

Due to the nature of our products, like other websites that sells special occasion gowns, we do not give refunds, take returns, make exchanges or give store credit on any orders. We will not be responsible for you ordering the incorrect size, style, color or duplicates. Dresses will fit each person differently depending on his/her particular figure/shape; Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique is not responsible for how the dress fits each individual. If in doubt, we recommend ordering the size that will accommodate your largest measurement. Alterations may be necessary to attain the best fit. Alterations are not included with the cost of the dress.

 All Domestic U.S. orders are shipped free via UPS ground shipping and will require a signature confirmation. Once your order has shipped we will email you the tracking number of your package. It is your responsibility to make sure someone will be available to receive your package. The package will require the recipient’s signature in order to be obtained. Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It will be the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier for further information regarding your package. Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique will not be responsible if you provide us with an incorrect shipping address and/or recipient and a refund will not be issued. All dresses are throughly inspected before they are sent to ensure you are receiving a pristine product. We are not responsible for damages to the dress caused by the carrier service.

 We do not currently accept international orders.   

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We will not be responsible for you ordering the incorrect size, style, color or duplicates.

 If you refuse delivery of an item that is shipped to you, we will reship it to you and charge you for all shipping charges incurred.  

 Please be assured that we respect and protect your privacy. All credit card transactions are secure.

 *As required by law sales tax is only charged for online orders shipped in the State of Florida.
