Payment: What type of payments are accepted?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Shop Pay, Google Pay & Apple Pay.

Personal checks, AMEX, CashApp and Wire Transfers are not accepted.

Size Chart & Measurements: What size should I get for my dress?

**Important: Before placing your order, please match your bust, waist and hips measurements as close as possible to the manufacturer sizing chart provided with each dress. Each gown has a different manufacturer sizing chart. Sizes are not based on your everyday clothing sizes.

Order: How long will it take to receive my order?

All products are subject to availability; your specially ordered dress will be shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive within 15 business days and will require a signature confirmation, this is for everyone’s security. Please have someone available to sign for your package. We are not responsible for any delays due to inclement weather or carrier issues. *Express US shipping is available for $65 and your items will arrive within 5-9 business days

Order: What's your return & exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our business and like many formalwear retailers all of our gowns are specially ordered for you therefore all sales are final there will be no refunds, exchanges, store credit or cancelations accepted.

Stock: What if I place an order and the dress ends up being OUT OF STOCK?

We try our very best to maintain current availability, but at times stock availability changes very quickly. If your gown is out of stock a member from our team will be sure to contact you and you will be issued a full refund. 

Stock: Before I place my order can I ask you to check if a particular gown is still available? 

Yes, feel free to DM us or email us directly at tatianasbridalboutique@gmail.com please include the style number, size, color & wear date. If the style you are interested in is in fact in-stock we highly recommend placing your order asap; since stock is constantly changing. 

Order: Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently accept international orders.

Additional Images: Do you have any additional images of a particular dress?

We realize how frustrating it can be when there isnt always an image provided in every color, however all images are solely provided by the manufacturer once more images are given we will be sure to update.

Color Swatches: Can I order a color swatch?

Unfortunately our manufacturers do not provide us with color swatches.

Secure Site: Is it safe to place orders online at Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique LLC?

Yes, you can feel confident when you placing an order with Tatiana’s Bridal Boutique. We use state-of-the-art identity and personal information protection software to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and your information is secure. Your private information is secure and will not be shared with any third parties for any reason.

Can you create a custom purchasing page for my bridesmaids? 

Yes, the page will include the style number, photos, sizing chart and the description of the dress. There is no fee for this custom link or a virtual consultation fee. We are more than happy to create this link for you.
