Payment: What type of payments are accepted?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Personal checks and Wire Transfers are not accepted.

Size Chart & Measurements: What size should I get for my dress?

**Important: Before placing your order, please match your measurements up with the sizing chart pictured with each dress. Each manufacturers sizing chart is located amongst the pictures of each gown. Each gown has a different sizing chart. When ordering a dress online, it's very important to know your body measurements (bust, waist, hips) to help you decide what dress size is best for you. Please take a look at our Sizing/Measuring Guide located at the bottom of our website. It's super easy instructions and it helps you measure yourself properly in order to find the closest gown size needed! 

Order: How long will it take to receive my order?

All products are subject to availability; your specially ordered dress will be shipped for FREE within the continental USA via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping and should arrive within 15 business days and will require a signature confirmation. Please have someone available to sign for your package. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or any carrier issues. *Express US shipping is available for $65 and will arrive within 9 business days.

Order: What's your return & exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our business and like many formalwear retailers all of our gowns are specially ordered for you therefore all sales are final there will be no refunds, exchanges, store credit or cancelations accepted.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands & Canada?

Yes, for a small additional UPS ground shipping cost: The customer is responsible for all Customs and Duty Fees.

Canada: $59

Domestic USA Non-Continental: $50

Order: Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently accept international orders.

Order: Will I be charged if the item I ordered is out of stock?

When the item you ordered is out of stock, we'll notify you and you will be refunded in full. When your order is canceled, the amount will show as a "pending status" on your online banking website; that will go away within 3 to 5 business days and you will receive a full refund.

Additional Images: Do you have additional images of the items online?

We put all available images on the website. We realize that it is frustrating that there is not always an image in every color that an item is offered in; however, all images are provided by the manufacturer and we do not always get an image in every color that is offered.

Color Swatches: Can I order a color swatch?

Unfortunately our manufacturers do not provide us with color swatches.

You can be confident when you place an order. We use state-of-the-art identity and personal information protection software to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and your information is secure. Your private information is secure and will not be shared with any third parties for any reason.
